ISSUER’S TRIAL PROFIT/LOSS ACCOUNT AND SUMS PAYABLE



On 14 February 2001, the sitting of the Board of AB Kauno Energija approved

the preliminary balance sheet for 2000, the sums payable and liabilities of

the accountable period exceed the authorised capital 1.97 times, and the

preliminary result of activity during the accountable period is a loss of

LTL 19,790,976.
