REVISED RESULTS OF ACTIVITY IN 2000



On 23 February 2001 the Board approved financial statements of

31 December 2000.

In 2000 the company’s sales accounted for LTL 122.447m and net audited profit

constituted LTL 14.408m.

In 2000 sales of the company together with its subsidiaries

UAB Utenos Trikotažo Prekyba, AB Šatrija, UAB Gotija (Group) amounted to

LTL 155.181.m, and the net audited profit totalled LTL 13.952m.
