REGARDING RESULTS OF ACTIVITY



At the sitting of the Board which took place on 1 March 2001, the preliminary

annual results of activity were not approved. Consideration of financial

results of 2000 was postponed until the next Board sitting which is to take

place on 19 March 2001. Financial statements of 2000 will be announced after

the sitting of the Board.
