ADOPTED DECISIONS OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



At 2 p.m. on 2 March 2001, an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting took place

at the conference hall of the company (1 P. Puzino St., in Panevėžys).

At the meeting it was decided that the company’s long-term assets worth more

than 1/20 of the company’s authorised capital may be sold and mortgaged.
