DECISIONS ADOPTED AT THE SITTING OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD



On 2 April 2001, the sitting of the Supervisory Board took place and

the following decisions were adopted:

1) Norimantas Stankevičius was elected chairman of the Supervisory Board;

2) Jolanda Petkuvienė was elected deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board;

3) the following persons were elected members of the Board: Gintautas Pangonis,

chairman of the Board, Nerijus Dagilis, Audris Vilčinskas,

Vigmantas Kažukauskas, Tautvilas Adamonis,Saulius Urniežius

and Normantas Paliokas.
