NOTIFICATION ABOUT FALSE INFORMATION



The sitting of the Supervisory Board, which took place on 2 April 2001, did not

dismiss the Board of AB Grigiškės powers of which are valid until 16 April

2003. By violating paragraph 6 of Article 25 of the Company Law of the Republic

of Lithuania, the Supervisory Board appointed a new Board which attempted to

take over tha management of the company.

Notifications on Stock Events of AB Grigiškės presented by Mr. G. Pangonis are

not adequate to the truth.
