NOTIFICATION ON THE INTENDED REORGANISATION



Pursuant to Paragraph 10 of Chapter 10 of the Company Law No I-528 (amended)

of the Republic of Lithuania as of 5 July 1994, public company “Lietuvos jūrų

laivininkystė” (hereinafter – LISCO), company code 4035584, registered office

at 24 J.Janonio St., LT-5813, informs that on 26 May 2001 the extraordinary

shareholders’ meeting will be held. It is intended to consider the issue

regarding reorganisation of LISCO by way of division. LISCO ceases its

activities and two new public companies will be established, namely,

AB"LISCO BALTIC SERVICE" and AB "Lietuvos jūrų laivininkystė".
