DECISIONS ADOPTED AT THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 26 April 2001, a general shareholders’ meeting took place. It was decided:

1) approve report of the Board of AB"Lietuvos dujos";

2) approve audit conclusions on financial statements;

3) approve financial statements of AB"Lietuvos dujos" for 2000.
