FINANCIAL RESULTS OF AB LIETUVOS DRAUDIMAS FOR Q1, 2001



AB "Lietuvos draudimas"  informed the NSEL that financial results for Q1,

2001 will be announced on 10 May 2001.The delay is caused by standard

requirements applied by Copenhagen Stock Exchange to the principle

shareholder of AB "Lietuvos draudimas" - "Codan" A/S.
