APPOINTMENT OF THE NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 10 May 2001, the Supervisory Board of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB

dismissed A. Saveika, chairman of the Management Board, and the following

members N.Saboniene, G. Aleknaite, A. Bic, and A. Tenkutis. The following

persons were elected members of the Board: G. Jegorov, S. Ranonis,

A. Tenkutis, and S. Rudnickij. A. Bic was appointed chairman of the Board.
