SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN BIRZU AKCINE PIENO BENDROVE SHARES



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 29 May 2001, trading

in securities of Birzu Akcine Pieno Bendrove on the central market will be

suspended on 30 May 2001 in order to protect interests of investors (as the

market price reached the minimum level allowed, i.e. LTL 0.01).
