AB KAUNO AUDINIAI NOTIFIES THE EXCHANGE



At the request of the National Stock Exchange of Lithuania,

AB Kauno Audiniai notified that representatives of two large

European textile corporations visited the company and showed

interest in the company's activities. Having familiarised with

the company's business, they expressed their intentions

to co-operate with AB Kano Audiniai. Negotiations regarding

strategic investment have not commenced yet.
