DESICIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 16 July 2001, the Management of Board of the NSEL decided:

1. to suspend trading in ORS of Lietuvos Dujos AB (code 11622) on the central

market on 23 07 2001 due to the general meeting of shareholders;

2. to suspend trading in ORS of Lietuvos Taupomasis Bankas AB (code 10062) from

24 07 2001 until the announcement day of the material event due to the general

meeting of shareholders (on the agenda increase of the authorized capital);

3. to suspend trading in ORS of Anykščių Vynas AB (code 11277) on the central

market on 27 07 2001 due to the general meeting of shareholders.
