TRADING IN SHARES OF DIRBTINIS PLUOŠTAS AB WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 20 July 2001, from 24

July 2001 trading in securities of Dirbtinis Pluoštas AB will be renewed and

price fluctuation limits will not be applied. On 24 July 2001 the size of the

issue No 10206 will be reduced at the Central Securities Depository of

Lithuania. After the change, the size of the issue No 10206 will equal

24,135,600 units, nominal value LTL 1, and the total nominal value equals LTL

24,135,600.
