ISSUER’S TRIAL RESULT OF ACTIVITY AND AMOUNTS PAYABLE



The preliminary unaudited profit of Kauno Energija AB for the first half-year

of 2001 amounted to LTL 25,540,994,00; at the end of the accountable period

(30 June 2001) all amounts payable and liabilities exceeded the own capital

1.69 times (amounts payable and liabilities of the current year 0.43 times

exceed the authorised capital.
