DECISIONS OF LISTING DEPARTMENT



On 13 August 2001, Listing department made the following decisions:



1. To suspend central market trading in AB Pieno Žvaigždės ORS (code 11167) on

14 August 2001 because of the shareholders’ meeting;

2. To suspend trading in AB Mažeikių Nafta ORS (code 11555 and code 12520) from

21 August 2001 until the announcement day of the material event regarding

shareholders’ meeting (preliminary agenda includes issues on reducing and

increasing of the authorised capital);

3. To suspend central market trading in AB Klaipėdos Jūrų Krovinių Kompanija

ORS (code 11615) on 24 August 2001 because of the shareholders’ meeting;

4. To renew trading in AB Lifosa ORS (code 11669) from 14 August 2001 without

applying price variation limits (the shareholders’ meeting decided to reduce

authorised capital by reducing face value of the shares).
