DECISION ADOPTED AT THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



At the general shareholders’ meeting, held on 7 September 2001, it was

decided to approve the resolution of the Management Board to sell a reefer

vessel Lyra (built in 1982) held by Kalipedos Transporto Laivynas AB by

the right of ownership.
