ACQUISITION/LOSS OF THE COMPANY’S BLOCK OF SHARES



On 12 September 2001, a block transaction was registered at

the National Stock Exchange of Lithuania. By this transaction,

4590666 ordinary registered shares of Klaipedos Juru Kroviniu Kompanija AB,

which account for 36.23% of the company’s authorised capital and votes,

were acquired/transferred. According to the reports on acquisition/transfer

of a block of shares, Vialogas UAB transferred the shares, and Achema AB

acquired the shares. After the transaction, Vialogas UAB now holds 5787327

 shares (45.61% of the authorised capital and votes), and Achema AB

owns 4739843 shares (37.41% of the authorised capital and votes).
