RESOLUTIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE NSEL (24 09 2001)



On 24 September 2001, the Management Board of the NSEL resolved to:

1) suspend trading in ORS of Ventus-Nafta AB (code 12452) from 27 09 2001

until the announcement of the stock event regarding convocation of the

general shareholders’ meeting (on the agenda: increase of the authorised

capital and reduction of the authorised capital);

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of Lietuvos Zemes Ukio Bankas (code

10017) on 28 09 2001 due to the general shareholders’ meeting;

3) suspend central market trading in ORS of Lietuvos Energija AB (code 11768)

on 01 10 2001 due to the general shareholders’ meeting.
