REGISTRATION OF ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION



On 25 September 2001, Vilniaus Vingis AB will apply to the Ministry of Economy

regarding registration of the reduction of the authorised capital. After the

Ministry of Economy registers reduction of the authorised capital and

amendments to the Articles of Association, this will announced as a stock

event. Available funds will be paid to shareholders in proportion to the number

of shares held (on the day of the registration of amendments to the Articles of

Association). More detailed information on terms of payment will be published

in periodicals. After the Central Securities Depository makes certain records,

which are related to the reduction of the par value of shares, trading on the

NSEL will be renewed.
