TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB VILNIAUS VINGIS WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 4 October 2001,

trading in shares of AB Vilniaus Vingis will be renewed on 9 October 2001.

Price fluctuation margins will not be applied.

On 8 October 2001, the nominal value of securities of the issue 10367 will

be changed at the Central Depository. After the change of the par value,

the size of the issue 10367 will remain unchanged and will equal 9,123,105

units at LTL 4 par, the total nominal value stands at LTL 36,492,420.
