DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (22 10 2001)



On 22 October 2001, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided:

to remove ORS of AB Birzu Akcine Pieno Bendrove (code 10923) and ORS of

AB Ventus-Nafta (code 12452) from the tier of Unlisted securities to which

central market procedures are applied from 30 October 2001 on the basis of

the decision No. 34 of the NSEL Management Board as of 10 May 1995.
