TRIAL RESULTS AND SUMS PAYABLE



According to the preliminary data, during three quarters of 2001 AB Kauno

Energija earned profit of LTL 6,466,712.00. At the end of the accountable

period (on 30/09/2001), the sums payable and liabilities exceeded the

authorised capital 1.88 times (sums payable and liabilities of the current

year exceed the authorised capital 0.48 times).
