TRADING IN SHARES OF AB SANITAS WILL BE SUSPENDED



Following the decision  of the Listing Department as of 29 October 2001,

trading in ordinary registered shares of AB Sanitas (code 10617) will be

suspended from 5 November until the announcement day of the general

shareholders’ meeting (on the agenda reduction of the authorised capital).
