DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (05/11/2001)



On 5 November 2001, the Management Board of the NSEL decided to:

1) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Lithun (code 11082) on 9

November 2001 due to the general shareholders’ meeting;

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Kalnapilis (code 10545) on 15

November 2001 due to the general shareholders’ meeting;

3) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Klaipedos Baldai (code 10297)

on 19 November 2001 due to the general shareholders’ meeting;

4) suspend trading in ORS of AB Klaipedos Nafta (code 11165) from 19 November

2001 until the material event regarding the general shareholders’ meeting is

announced (on the agenda -  reduction of the par value of shares);

5) renew trading in ORS of Sanitas (code 10617) from 6 November 2001. The

general shareholders’ meeting decided not to reduce the authorised capital

nor the par value of shares.
