RECORD SALES VOLUME



In October, the record sales volumes throughout the company’s history were

reached. The company’s sales amounted to LTL 13.1 million, or by 27.2% more

than in October 2000. As compared to the outstanding results of September 2001,

sales improved by LTL 0.3 million.

	During ten months of 2001, the company’s produce came to LTL 111.9

million, which is by 12% more than in the corresponding period last year.

Direct export to world-wide known companies, such as Samsung (Germany) – LTL

42.8 million, Philips (Spain and England) – LTL 21.1 million, Thompson

(Poland) – 5.7 million, accounted for 68% of produce. A 3.4% growth (as

compared to September) of direct export to Western Europe, resulted from

increase of sales volumes of deflection yokes designed for flat picture tubes

of large diagonal. Over the accountable period of 2001, 252.0thou units of 

deflection yokes of this type were sold for LTL 9.0 million. This proves that

the company has chosen a strategically correct way by investing LTL 6 million

into designing of this product and preparation for mass production. This year,

sales in the CIS countries made up LTL 5.2 million, where sales in October

reached LTL 0.82 million (which is by 13.9% more than in September). This was

influenced by the contract with the Russian company VELT-Kineskop. In 2001, it

is planned to sell this consumer deflection yokes for LTL 0.57 million.
