TRADING IN SHARES OF AB KLAIPEDOS NAFTA WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 20 November 2001,

trading in shares of AB Klaipedos Nafta (code 11165) will be renewed on 21

November 2001 without applying price fluctuation margins. The general

shareholders’ meeting resolved to reduce the par value of shares.
