ESTABLISHMENT OF SUBSIDIARY



Following the Board’s decision of 30 October 2001, AB Lietuvos Telekomas

has established a closed stock company UAB Baltijos informaciniu duomenu valdymo

centras, which is fully owned by AB Lietuvos Telekomas and is based on

Information Systems Department.
