REGARDING SHARE REGISTRATION



On 8 February 2002, Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania

registered a new share issue of AB Bankas Snoras bank. 120 000 000 ordinary

registered shares are issued at LTL 10 face value. Total face value of all

shares is LTL 1 200 000 000. The issue price of one share is LTL 10, issue

price of all shares is LTL 1 200 000 000.
