TRADING IN SHARES OF AB PANEVEZIO PIENAS WILL BE SUSPENDED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 26 February 2002, trading

in securities of AB Panevezio Pienas (code 11311) will be suspended on

27 February 2002 in order to protect interests of investors

(AB Pieno Zvaigzdes filed with the Securities Commission of the Republic

of Lithuania a tender offer to buy all remaining shares of

AB Panevezio Pienas at LTL 2.11 per unit).
