NON-AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2001



On 28 February 2002, AB Lietuvos Telekomas’ Board approved the draft of

non-audited financial statements for the year 2001 prepared by the Company’s

administration according to International Accounting Standards.

Consolidated AB Lietuvos Telekomas’ Group net profit for the year 2001

is 181.7 million Litas, revenues – 1,058.5 million Litas.
