GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 12 March 2002, the Management Board revised the draft agenda of the general

shareholders’ meeting which is to take place on 11 April 2002.

On the agenda:

1) report on the company’s performance in 2001;

2) report of the company’s auditor;

3) approval of financial statements for 2001;

4) profit (loss) appropriation for 2001.
