TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB SIAULIU BANKAS WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 27 March 2002, trading in

securities of AB Siauliu Bankas (code 10225) will be renewed without applying

price fluctuation margins on 28 March 2002. At the general shareholders’

meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital by additional

contributions.
