SUBMISSION OF A REQUEST TO PERFORM CONCENTRATION



On 12 April 2002, AB Rokiskio Suris submitted an application to the Competition

Council of the Republic of Lithuania to perform market concentration by

acquiring up to 40% of AB Panevezio Pienas shares.
