152 SECURITIES ISSUES WILL BE REMOVED



In order to protect interests of investors, the Securities Commission of the

Republic of Lithuania urged the National Stock Exchange of Lithuania to remove

securities of 119 unlisted companies from the tier of Unlisted securities. It

was discovered that these securities were not accounted as required by the

requirements established for account managers in the laws and other legal acts

of the Republic of Lithuania. Following the decisions of the Listing Department

of 12 and 15 April 2002, 152 securities issues will be removed from the tier of

Unlisted securities on 15 and 16 April 2002. The total value of the issues to

be removed is LTL 236,965,509.
