DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (22 APRIL 2002)



On 22 April 2002, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange resolved:

1. suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Dvarcioniu Keramika (code 12231)

on 23 April 2002, due to general shareholders’ meeting;

2. suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Vilniaus Degtine (code 11245) on

23 April 2002, due to general shareholders’ meeting;

3. suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Grafobal Vilnius (code 10031) on

23 April 2002, due to general shareholders’ meeting;

4. suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Kauno Audiniai (code 10154) on

23 April 2002, due to general shareholders’ meeting;

5. suspend trading in ORS of AB Trinyciai (code 11120) from 23 April 2002 until

the day the material event is announced; due to the general shareholders’

meeting. On the agenda – reduction of the authorized capital;
