PRELIMINARY RESULT OF PERFORMANCE IN QI, 2002



AB Rokiskio Suris Group’s consolidated unaudited loss incurred in the first

quarter of 2002 is LTL 2,961 million (according to the IAS). This loss

corresponds to the budget and reflects the seasonalness of the company’s

business. The loss has not been approved by the Management Board.
