PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WILL NOT BE APPLIED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 30 April 2002, price

fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of AB Ekranas (code

10423) on 6 May 2002, assimilated issues. On 3 May 2002, the number of

securities in the issue of AB Ekranas will be changed at the Central Securities

Depository of Lithuania. After the change, the size of the issue 10423 will

equal 34,898,088 units, the nominal value will remain at LTL 5, the total

nominal value is LTL 174,490,440.
