TRADING IN SECURIT. OF AB NAFTOS TERMINALAS WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 30 April 2002, trading in

securities of AB Naftos Terminalas (code 11166) will be renewed without

applying price fluctuation margins on 2 May 2002. At the general shareholders’

meeting it was decided to increase the company’s authorized capital out of the

company’s funds.
