TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB MAZEIKIU NAFTA WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 2 May 2002, trading in

securities of AB Mazeikiu Nafta (code 12520 and 11555) will be renewed and

price fluctuation margins will not be applied (code 11555). At the

shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the company’s authorized

capital out of additional contributions.
