DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (6  MAY 2002)



On 6 May 2002, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange  resolved to:

1) remove ORS of AB Lietuvos Draudimas (code 12194) from the Current List and

transfer them to the group of Unlisted securities to which central market

procedures are applied on 1 July 2002. Trading Rules of the NSEL, subparagraph

71.2 (“upon request of the issuer”).
