DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 20 May 2002, the Management Board of the NSEL resolved:

1) remove ORS of AB Sema (code 11069) from the Current List and to transfer

them to the group of Unlisted securities to which central market procedures are

applied from 01 July 2002. NSEL Trading Rules, paragraph 71.2 (“upon request of

the issuer”);

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of Dvarcioniu Keramika (code 12231) on

28 May 2002 due to a general shareholders’ meeting.
