PRELIMINARY RESULT OF PERFORMANCE IN QI



The preliminary result of performance of AB Lisco Baltic Service in the first

quarter of 2002 is the loss of LTL 2,615,360. The result is better than it has

been expected. The first quarter was expected to be the worst quarter of the

year.
