THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE NSEL WAS ELECTED



On 11 June 2002, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the National Stock

Exchange (NSEL) took place. At the meeting, Asta Ungulaitiene, secretary of the

Ministry of Finance, was elected chairperson of the Supervisory Board; Ana

Tursiene, Head of the market operations unit of the State Debt Management

Department of the Ministry of Finance, was elected deputy chairperson of the

Supervisory Board.

At the meeting of the Supervisory Board, the NSEL Management Board was elected.

The following persons were elected members of the Management Board: Rimantas

Busila, NSEL President, Dalia Jasulaityte – NSEL vice president, Vidmantas

Drobelis – NSEL vice president, Giedrius Bacevicius – Director of the NSEL

Trading and Settlement Department, and Algimantas Romeika – Director of the

NSEL Finance Department.
