TRADING IN SECURITIES OF A NAFTOS TERMINALAS SUSPENDED



Trading in ORS of AB Naftos Terminalas (code 11166) will be suspended from 18

July 2002 until the correction day of the general account at the Central

Depository, inclusively. For the protection of interests of the investors (The

Law on Reduction of the Authorised Capital of AB Naftos Terminalas of the

Republic of Lithuania (2 May, 2002 No. IX-864) stipulates that the number of

shares of AB Naftos Terminalas to be annulled held by each shareholder shall be

proportionate to the number of shares of AB Naftos Terminalas he holds on the

day of the general shareholders’ meeting takes place). (Decision of the Listing

Department, 17 July 2002).
