PRELIMINARY SEMI-ANNUAL RESULT OF PERFORMANCE



The preliminary semi-annual result of performance of Linas AB in 2002 is

unaudited net profit of LTL 3,640thousand. During the corresponding period in

2001, Linas AB incurred loss of LTL 2,865 thousand.
