DECISION OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD  (26/08/2002)



On 26 August 2002, the NSEL Management Board resolved to:

1) suspend central market trading in ORS of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB

(code 11964) on 27 August 2002, due to a general shareholders’ meeting;

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of Zemaitijos Pienas AB (code 12186)

on 5 September 2002, due to a general shareholders’ meeting;

3) suspend central market trading in ORS of Rokiskio Suris AB (code 10037)

on 6 September  2002, due to a general shareholders’ meeting;

4) suspend central market trading in ORS of Lietuvos Zemes Ukio Bankas AB

(code 10017) on 9 September  2002, due to a general shareholders’ meeting;

5) admit securities of Dainiai AB (code 11694, abbreviation DAIN) to

a securities group within the Current List, the issuers of which seek

to buy-in their own shares and have no long-term intentions to quote

their shares on the Current List, on 2 September 2002. Price fluctuation

margins shall not be applied.
