CHANGE OF A MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER

On 11 October 2002, a meeting of the Council of Observers took place.

The meeting resolved:

1) revoke member of the Management Board V. Mikulenas, technical director,

upon proposal of the chairman of the Management Board;

2) appoint C. Matulevicius, marketing director, member of the Management Board

upon proposal of the chairman of the Management Board.
