REGARDING PRICES

On 28 October 2002, Lietuvos Dujos AB submitted the prices established by

the company’s Management Board to the National Control Commission for

Prices and Energy. These prices are to become effective as of January 1, 2003.

The company proposes not to increase currently existing prices.
