CONVOCATION OF THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING

At 3 p.m. on December 5, 2002, a general shareholders’ meeting will take

place at Sedos g. 35 in Telsiai. Registration starts at 2 p.m.

On the agenda:

1) granting of loans for agricultural cooperatives;

2) transfer of long-term tangible assets;

3) additional share contributions  to agricultural cooperatives;

4) other current issues.
